We are aiming to find female talent in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) who are willing to challenge themselves to grow. In our program for 5 months you’ll have the opportunity to have 1x1 or 2x1 session with mentors from our team who will be sharing with you best practices taking in considerations your interest and needs, you’ll attend to team activities where you are going to meet new colleagues and exchange experiences.

You will have:

• One on one or two on one approach, you’ll have a mentor guiding your career in tech.
• You’ll have the opportunity to network with other students and mentors
• Know more about Dell Technologies and why it is the best place to start your career
• You will be able to participate in events to enrich your experience
• On Site and Remote learning opportunities
• Higher Possibility of getting recruited subject to job opening availability
• Certification of the program after completion

We are looking for

• Excellent in Communication (English) and active in learning
• Bachelor Student of 3rd & final year STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) careers. 2nd Year students are encouraged to join too.
• Time availability to attend on site mentoring sessions, workshops, participate in small projects and etc. Each of these sessions will happen only once a month with just few hours.
• Passionate about learning and connecting with other people

You will need

• Open to network with other mentors/leaders/students in this program
• Attend and participate at least 85% of any sessions
