Management Trainee Program

In this Management Trainee Program offers an open opportunity for young talents, particularly fresh graduates, who are eager to learn and explore the Logistics Industry. We are The Freight Forwarding Expert since 1815, and we are creating a challenging and practical-centric learning environment for the future talents. This program is designed to prepare you for future take future leadership roles by undergoing two (2) rotational assignments within and/or across different functions.

Selected Management Trainee for 2024 will have the opportunity:

• Drive daily operations and services in the assigned department to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations.
• Ensure report are accurate and delivered within the deadline. Data analysis may be required for reporting tasks.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all levels of employees including clients.
• Provide problem-solving support to the management team.
• Work on business projects with team leaders and participate in cross-departmental projects.

Requirements and Qualification

We are in search for talents with endless energy and great interest to learn and built their career in the Logistics Industry and who possess:

• Must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in any related course from a reputable and recognized University.
• Less than two (2) years of working experience, and fresh graduates are highly encouraged to join us!
• Individuals able to articulate well with excellent written and communication skills. Importantly, proficiency in English and Malay Language is required.
• A person who is adapts, creative, decisive, initiative-driven and possesses good analytical skill to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
• Candidates open for relocate to Penang, Johor during this 24-months program.
