Process and check all customer orders (via email and Whatsapp) in the company ordering system to ensure timely fulfillment. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent....

Order Management

  • Process and check all customer orders (via email and Whatsapp) in the company ordering system to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Handle all order changes, urgent orders and replacement.

2. Stock Coordination

  • Liaise with Supply Chain team to ensure stock levels are accurate and available pased on delivery dates.
  • Co-ordinate with internal department including warehouse/logistics to ensure successful execution of fulfillment for customer orders.
  • Flag and resolve issues related to out-of-stock or overstock or order shortage.

3. Customer Service Support

  • Communicate on a timely manner with all customers regarding order updates, delivery schedules and any order issues.
  • To foster positive relationship with the customers

The role is required to work on weekends on standby from home as per shift schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Rotational shift
  • Weekend jobs
