Retail and E-Commerce Assistant
Salary: MYR 2,000 - 2,300 per monthIncludes Annual Leave, EPF, and SOCSO
Location:No. 89-02, Jalan USJ 21/10, UEP Subang Jaya, 47630 Subang Jaya, Selangor
Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager with daily operations.
- Prepare items, issue invoices, pack, and ship daily orders.
- Respond to messages on WhatsApp, Facebook, and other marketplace platforms.
- Attend to customers visiting the office.
- Update stock levels, manage advertisements, and record sold items.
- Inspect the condition of used watches, record sellers personal details, and process payments to sellers.
- Clean used watches, and shoot and edit videos and photos of the watches.
- Post videos and photos on social media and upload listings to the website.
Working Hours:Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Requirements:
- Age: 20-28, Male/Female
- Must have own transportation
- Permanent staff position only
- Minimum qualification: STPM
- Clean and neat handwriting
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Mature, pleasant personality, self-motivated, able to multi-task, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in computer skills is mandatory; experience with Microsoft Excel and Word is a plus
