Here are the responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and informative 1-on-1 training sessions, to educate clients on leveraging social media platforms for advertising and content promotion.
• Prior experience in creating compelling content tailored to different social media platforms and target audiences.
• Develop comprehensive training materials covering social media advertising and content promotion strategies with other trainers.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and features across major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Foster creativity and innovation among trainers by brainstorming ideas for effective content themes, and messaging strategies.

Desired skill and requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any relevant field.
• Minimum of at least 2-3 years of experience in Social Media & Content Advertising and Training field.
• Important - Proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of various social media content strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and professional manners.
• Experience developing training materials and delivering educational sessions to diverse audiences.
• Certification or proficiency in popular advertising platforms is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to evolving trends and technologies in social media advertising.
• The capability to work with a team.
