As our Office Manager and Executive Assistant, your primary role is to administrate and secure the office runs smoothly and to support our General Manager and Management team to succeed.
Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day office management and operations
- Arranging various team engagement events throughout the year to help drive staff engagement
- Managing general administrative tasks and ad-hoc initiatives
- Management and procurement of office and pantry supplies and equipment
- Vendor management - managing relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords
- Preparing budgets and monitoring expenditures across a range of travel, administrative, and office areas
- Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures, including the redesign of workflows/processes based on best practices
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings
- Maintain the General Management’s schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, travel, and reporting deadlines
- Undertake other duties assigned from time to time
- Educational background in office administrative, hospitality, business background or similar
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Possess good organizational and time management skills coupled with strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to keep a good overview when needed. Can you recognise this:
