Summary

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Internationals Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Beverage Manager is responsible to collaborate with the Food & Beverage leaders to lead and manage the beverage operations for all Food & Beverage outlets and events, to ensure all outlets operate successfully in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.

Qualifications

  • Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizen and Permanent Resident of Malaysia.
  • Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Food & Beverage management. Certificate in beverage studies (wine and spirit courses) are essential.
  • Experienced in high-end beverage operations with strong ability to lead, manage and train effectively. Candidate with work experience in luxury hotel is preferred.
  • Excellent personality with good operational and administrative skills.
