Job Purpose

This position supports HR Business Partners and HR Managers to ensure HR operational excellence and enhance employee engagement experience.

Job Description
  • Delivers and supports HR Business Partners on day-to-day HR operations.
  • Establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with a diverse network of leadership teams and employees.
  • Responsible for planning and organizing employee engagement activities, including but not limited to employee recognition events, People & Culture Open Day, focus groups, and team building.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments and teams to establish effective communication in ensuring the smooth progress of information transmission and coordination of employee engagement activities.
  • Provide regular updates on People & Culture’s tools and initiatives through various internal channels and platforms.
  • Utilize social media platforms to promote our Employee Value Proposition and attract top talents.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team by providing a great employee experience, encompassing interview coordination and new hire orientation.
  • Review and draft policies and guidelines per TechnipFMC policies and statutory regulations to ensure effective and efficient process and implementation.
  • Act as liaison and establish relationships with legal consultants and government agencies to facilitate any legal or labor requirements implementation.
You are meant for this job if:
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources / Business / Communications or any other related qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role with a preference in the O&G sector.
  • Proven experience in employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work culture and driving employee satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience in utilizing social media platforms for employer branding purposes.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Experience in working in a cross-cultural environment.
