Job Title: UX/UI Designer

Job Overview:

Sustenyx is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to craft engaging, user-friendly digital experiences for our sustainability technology products. This role will be key in designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user interactions with our ESG platforms, including the Sustainability Rating Analyzer (SRA) and ChatESG . • Design and optimize intuitive, user-centric interfaces for Sustenyxs web and mobile platforms.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to enhance usability and accessibility.
• Ensure consistency in design across all products, aligning with Sustenyxs brand identity.

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and improve user journeys.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to refine UI/UX designs, ensuring an optimal experience.
• Implement A/B testing and data-driven design decisions to enhance engagement.

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate business goals into intuitive digital experiences.
• Provide design assets, UI specifications, and guidelines for the development team.
• Maintain and update design systems to ensure a seamless and scalable product design strategy.

• Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies.
• Suggest and implement innovative design solutions to improve product accessibility and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, including accessibility (WCAG) and responsiveness across devices.

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within SaaS, fintech, or sustainability-related products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-friendly and visually compelling digital designs.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision .
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of usability principles, design systems, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and accessibility best practices.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
