Sales Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our clients team. This role is ideal for entry-level candidates or fresh graduates with a keen interest in business, marketing, and sales. The candidate will support the sales team in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and maintaining operational efficiency. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential, as the role involves frequent communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

1. Assist the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
2. Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders from APAC, particularly in China.
3. Prepare and manage sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
4. Maintain and update client information using CRM systems and ensure data accuracy.
5. Support recruitment, talent acquisition, and marketing initiatives, if needed.
6. Conduct market research and analysis to support business development efforts.
7. Manage and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (B.Com), or Marketing.
2. Entry to junior level sales experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Proficiency in Mandarin for communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
4. Strong communication and analytical skills.
5. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms.
6. Desired: Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or marketing.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
