Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior UiPath Developer to design, develop, and implement RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions that enhance business efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and SAP, to deliver seamless automation solutions. This role also involves mentoring junior developers and ensuring best practices in RPA development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain process design documents, test plans, and user guides for RPA workflows.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA processes while providing ongoing support and maintenance.
  • Work closely with IT, Finance, and SAP teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in RPA development, with a strong focus on UiPath.
  • Proficient in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and Finance, with a deep understanding of financial processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
