Project Manager (Logistic)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage logistics-related projects, ensuring on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, authorities, and key stakeholders, representing the company in a professional and diplomatic manner.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and government agencies to support project needs.
• Monitor logistics flows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Prepare and present project status reports, including timelines, cost estimates, and performance metrics.
• Ensure adherence to relevant logistics regulations and standards.
• Manage project risks and devise contingency plans to ensure minimal disruptions.
• Coordinate PR efforts related to logistics projects, including media communication, stakeholder engagement, and crisis handling when necessary.
• Organize and participate in meetings, site visits, and industry networking events.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in logistics or project management, with proven experience in handling logistics projects end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, shipping, customs, and warehousing.
• Excellent communication and public relations skills, both written and verbal.
• Capable of building trust and rapport with clients, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and project management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
