Job Title: Procurement Executive

Are you a pro at finding the best deals, negotiating like a champ, and making sure everything runs smoothly? If yes, we want you on our team!

What Youll Be Doing:

• Sourcing & Procurement: Hunt down the best suppliers for marketing materials, construction needs, customer service admin items, and other materials as required.
• Negotiation Ninja: Work your magic to get the best prices while maintaining top-notch service levels.
• Quotations & Orders: Gather and prepare supplier quotations and ensure Purchase Orders (POs) are issued in a speedy manner.
• Delivery & Follow-ups: Keep an eye on delivery schedules and ensure everything arrives on time.
• eProcurement System: Update supplier Good Received Notes (GRN) upon receiving invoices or delivery orders.
• All-Rounder: Be ready to take on any other procurement-related tasks assigned by management.

What Were Looking For:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, International Business Management, or related fields.
• Know-How: Understanding of procurement procedures and systems.
• Experience: Bonus points if youve worked in procurement for a property developer!
• Independence & Speed: Can work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Negotiation Skills: You know how to strike a deal that benefits everyone.

• Work Location: Wisma Mah Sing (Jalan Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur).
