Operations and Customer Service Manager
Alba Dental is a brand-new, state-of-the-art cosmetic dental clinic. With ambitious growth plans, our vision is to become the largest cosmetic dental clinic in Malaysia.
As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused leader to help shape our operations, develop high-performing teams, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
The Role
As the Customer Service & Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our customer service and operational processes. You will:
- Lead & develop the Customer Service team - Oversee the contact centre team to ensure outstanding service and seamless patient experiences.
- Implement key processes & procedures - Develop and refine workflows to improve efficiency and maintain excellence.
- Drive KPIs & performance - Work closely with the directors to set and achieve business goals.
- Create a positive culture - Foster a supportive and high-performing team environment.
- Oversee multi-location operations - As we expand, youll have the opportunity to manage operations across multiple clinics.
Who Were Looking For
- Strong leadership experience in customer service and/or operations, ideally in healthcare, hospitality, or retail.
- Ability to build, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-growing environment.
- Strong process improvement and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in healthcare is a plus.
- Ability to converse in English, Malay and Mandarin.
