HR Admin Executive
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible and assist of the Human Resource functions, which include recruitment, payroll, administration, and any other HR related matter;
- Monitor and process timely on staff confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, salary adjustment, appraisal etc.;
- Maintain accurate employee records (personal files, leave, attendance);
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies;
- Responsible in administrative matters;
- Coordinate with Finance team to ensure timely salary processing;
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities and coordinate in any company event and activities;
- Maintain good documentation and filing system;
- Other ad-hoc assignments will be assigned to you from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in the related field;
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in the field of Human Resource Management or equivalent;
- Computer literate and well versed with Microsoft application;
- Meticulous, well-organised and good interpersonal skill with positive attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
