Minimum Requirements:

  1. Age : Must be 18 or older.
  2. Experience : Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus but not required—training provided.
  3. Language : Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
  4. Schedule Flexibility : Available to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  5. Skills : Strong communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
  6. Transportation : Preferable to have own transportation (e.g., own a car).

Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Service : Greet guests, introduce the menu, and provide personalized recommendations.
  2. Order Taking & Serving : Take food and beverage orders accurately, serve dishes with efficiency and attention.
  3. Maintain Cleanliness : Ensure tables are cleared, reset, and maintain a tidy dining area.
  4. Menu Knowledge : Familiarize yourself with menu items to answer guest questions.
  5. Assist Team : Coordinate team to ensure smooth, timely service.
  6. Promotions & Upselling : Recommend add-ons or promotions to enhance the dining experience.
