eCommerce Development & Marketplace Manager

• Lead the overall development and implementation of regional e-commerce strategy, building the right setup model to drive sales performance.
• Responsible for strategic planning, development, and implementation of the companys own sales platform as well as online marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Healthcare web-stores) for SEA markets.
• Ensure a smooth customer buying journey online and be responsible for driving sales from the companys own platform and online marketplaces while maintaining operational excellence, growing sales volume, value mix, and market share in eCommerce & Marketplace.
• Lead regional campaigns and assist country teams in local campaigns for the companys platforms and marketplaces, ensuring compliance with government policies and local regulations.
• Perform campaign performance tracking, sales conversion analysis, and data analysis to ensure profitability.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders including sales, marketing, operations, finance teams, distributors, and agencies.
• Perform ad hoc duties/projects as assigned.

• Bachelors Degree or higher in Business or Marketing.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with strong networking to brands and retail; social media savvy.
• Proven sales performance in Ecommerce and Retail, online and physical stores, regionally and locally.
• Experience in marketing and retail of medical products is advantageous.
• Good interpersonal, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Well connected within the industry.
• Collaborative, adaptable to change, and open to challenges.
