Customer Service Associate - Job Summary
The Customer Service Associate handles inquiries related to products, policies, and services across multiple channels, including calls, chat, and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and resolve product or service issues.
- Address complaints, identify problems, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle large volumes of inquiries while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships through effective communication.
- Provide accurate information using the right tools and methods.
- Process complaints, cancellations, promotions, and product sales.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain service quality.
- Assist in compiling reports on customer satisfaction and feedback.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Ability to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English
- Interactive personal skills that fit the team and customer environment as well as adapt to change
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- SPM leavers who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply - Full Training Provided.
- You are required to work on rotational shifts.
Working Hours:DOJ: 11th Mar25Work Hour: Mon-Sun, 5 days a week (rotational shift)Shift hours:8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm, 3pm -12am
