Customer Service Associate - Job Summary

The Customer Service Associate handles inquiries related to products, policies, and services across multiple channels, including calls, chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts and resolve product or service issues.
  • Address complaints, identify problems, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Handle large volumes of inquiries while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships through effective communication.
  • Provide accurate information using the right tools and methods.
  • Process complaints, cancellations, promotions, and product sales.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain service quality.
  • Assist in compiling reports on customer satisfaction and feedback.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Ability to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English
  • Interactive personal skills that fit the team and customer environment as well as adapt to change
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • SPM leavers who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply - Full Training Provided.
  • You are required to work on rotational shifts.

Working Hours:DOJ: 11th Mar25Work Hour: Mon-Sun, 5 days a week (rotational shift)Shift hours:8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm, 3pm -12am

Pay: RM2,025.00 - RM2,425.00 per month
