Whats the job? You will deliver high-quality claims services by interacting with internal and external stakeholders through various communication channels. Assist customers in refining their queries and ensure claims requests are accurately fulfilled. Manage complex claims processes, applying effective investigation techniques to achieve cost-effective and timely resolutions. Analyze documentation, policy provisions, and engage with third parties, such as employers and medical providers, to facilitate claims resolution. Proactively manage claims through the diary system by ensuring timely processing, setting appropriate reserves, and addressing outstanding issues. Identify subrogation opportunities and potential fraud, making appropriate referrals when necessary. Support new business needs by taking on additional duties as required. What are we looking for? You will have strong self-motivation and the ability to work under pressure with a high level of responsibility and integrity. Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and delegate when necessary. A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to improve processes and resolve problems efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Prior experience in the insurance industry, hospitality services, or customer service, supported by strong attention to detail and numeracy skills. Why choose us?
