COMPANY SECRETARY ASSISTANT
We are leading company secretary firm established since 2003 in Malaysia. 21 years of experience and proven track record with good staff welfare and training.
Tasks & responsibilities
- To prepare board and members resolutions, and other statutory documents.
- To prepare and arrange to file all statutory documents to the Companies Commission Malaysia (CCM) and other regulatory authorities.
- To file and maintain all statutory books and secretarial documents.
- To assist with the any other secretarial matters, and assignments as delegated by your superiors from time to time.
- Experienced assistants are expected to liaise and respond to clients requests regarding company secretarial matters. To seek Managers clearance for technical advisory.
- Qualifications & experience
- ICSA or those pursuing ICSA or has a Degree or Diploma in Corporate Secretarial, Business Administration, Law, or related disciplines;
- Fresh Graduates with/without relevant working experience are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
- Those without qualified qualification but with relevant working experience are encouraged to apply;
- Preferably with good knowledge of the Companies Act 2016;
- Preferably well versed in Microsoft Office Applications;
- Preferably familiar with MYCOID and MBRS systems;
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Able to work independently;
- Training will be provided
