Job Requirements and Responsibilities
  1. Familiarity with skincare knowledge is an added advantage.
  2. Pleasant appearance with good interpersonal skills.
  3. Willing to work retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  4. Passionate and interested in the beauty industry.
  5. Good team player with a well-groomed appearance and positive attitude.
  6. Able to promote skincare products tailored to clients needs.
  7. Provide professional advice to customers and make product, treatment, and package recommendations.
  8. Handle customer requests and inquiries effectively.
  9. Perform hands-on facial or makeup procedures when necessary.
  10. Monitor and follow up on customers treatment progress and skin condition improvements.
  11. Maintain cleanliness of the counter at all times.
  12. Benefits include EPF & SOCSO, medical and insurance coverage, a minimum of 12 annual leave days, commission, and training provided.
