ADMIN (PROCUREMENT)

Job description :

  • Assist with responding Request For Quotation (RFQ) from client
  • Assist in reviewing project completion status
  • Handle claim submission to the Account Unit
  • Prepare bids based on assessment criteria for vendor selection.
  • Prepare vendor categories.
  • Review and shortlist bid submissions.
  • Assist with tender/project documentation preparation
  • Review vendor performance to suggest recommendations
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Requirements :

  • Minimum qualification required: Diploma/Degree/Bachelor
  • Experience in Operation/Procurement/Tendering at least 1 year
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Responsible and able to receive instructions properly.
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
