Responsibilities:
- Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations
- Manage office supplies and bills
- Organize and file daily documents
- Perform day-to-day administrative matters and clerical duties.
- Other tasks are assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Access AUTO COUNT system
- Min SPM, Any diploma in Business & Accounts or related education.
- Team player with a pleasant personality
- Got responsibility to all jobs given
- Can independently complete all the jobs given
- willing to learn new things
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
