We are seeking a talented Social Media Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team to enhance social media advertisement performance, collaborate on content creation, and optimize strategies to improve brand awareness. Your expertise will help drive impactful results and ensure effective management of social media activities. Your Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and manage the Social Media team to boost advertisement performance.
• Work with stakeholders to develop and implement content strategies for clients' social media platforms.
• Track daily social media sentiment and brand positioning to ensure positive engagement.
• Adjust plans and budgets to achieve the best media mix and maximize ROI.
• Find and act on opportunities to improve and engage, enhancing brand awareness.
• Prepare and present detailed reports with analytics to stakeholders, providing regular updates on content performance.

What You'll Need:

• Professional Certificate/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in media buying, planning, and/or social media management, with proficiency in major social media platforms.
• Experience in high-risk industries such as Cryptocurrency, Pharmaceutical, Finance, or similar is advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of keyword research and analytical tools.
• Familiarity with creating landing pages and understanding of black hat technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership and management abilities.
