About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Setup Man to join our dynamic Injection Molding team at Evo Precision Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. As a full-time Setup Man, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and seamless operation of our state-of-the-art injection molding machines, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing processes.
What you'll be doing
Setting up and calibrating injection molding machines to meet production requirements
Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal efficiency
Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the manufacturing process
Collaborating with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
Maintaining detailed records of all setup and maintenance activities
Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar setup or maintenance role within the injection molding industry
Strong technical understanding of injection molding machines and associated components
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
