Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary Senior Manager to lead Lenovo's global AI Cloud development team. This role is responsible for driving product global R&D operations across AIOps, multi-cloud management, private cloud, cloud-native platforms, and AI Tech platforms. The ideal candidate will also spearhead the expansion and management of a global development team to support international business growth.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Development & Technical Leadership: Lead the development, and delivery of Lenovo AI cloud products, including AIOps, multi-cloud management, private cloud platforms, cloud-native platforms, and AI Tech platforms. Drive architectural innovation, ensure product scalability, reliability, and performance.
Establish and optimize engineering practices, development standards, and quality controls. 2. Global Team Building & Management: Build and manage an international R&D team primarily based in Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Foster collaboration across regions and cultures to enable high-performing, distributed development.
Mentor and grow local talent, developing a strong and scalable technical team. 3. International Business & Customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with overseas product and solution teams to provide tailored development and delivery support. Engage with global customers to understand needs and deliver solutions that drive value.
