About the role

ROOTS F&B (KL) SDN BHD is seeking a talented Senior Barista or Barista to join our dynamic team in our Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur location. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the exceptional customer service and beverage offerings at our popular cafe.

What youll be doing

  1. Preparing a wide range of specialty coffee drinks to the highest standard

  2. Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere

  3. Maintaining a clean and organised work station

  4. Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation

  5. Participating in regular barista training and development

  6. Supporting the cafe team as needed

What were looking for

  1. 3 years experience as a Barista in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment

  2. Strong understanding of coffee bean origins, roasting profiles, and brewing methods

  3. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences

  4. A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude

  5. Ability to work efficiently in a team and under pressure

  6. Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale systems
