Sales Manager (HVAC)

We are a leading HVAC manufacturer with production plants in Europe, India & China. Our products cover comfort, process and date center application. We operate in Asia Pacific, including the Greater China area with a workforce of over 1,600 employees servicing in our 4 factories and 63 branch offices.

We are looking for potential candidate to develop data center cooling business. The right candidate will be based in our Malaysia office to develop the data center cooling business in ASEAN market. 

Jobs Descriptions:

• Proactively explore and grab every opportunity to expand business

• Explore new customer. Build and maintain relationship with prospect and existing customers

• Cold call potential customer

• Frequent travel to different ASEAN countries to conduct product presentation, organize marketing event, visit customer, attend project design meeting and tender interview. 

• Analyze market trend and requirement. Develop suitable strategy to achieve sales target

• Gather market information and input to product development department

• Proactively support distributors in different countries to expand the business

• Work closely with technical support engineer to prepare design proposal, tender submission document, compliance list and quotation.

• Attend factory acceptance test in China/Italy when needed.

• Attend monthly sales meeting and report sales progress to top management

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in engineering.

• At least 5 years relevant experience in Chiller and CRAC/CRAH/Fan Wall/Rack Cooler in data centre cooling.

• Having experience on Data Centre cooling system is a great advantage

• Able to travel to China, Italy and other ASEAN countries

• Outgoing and with good social and communication skill

• Must be able to work both independently with minimal guidance and in a team

• Self-motivated to handle work in timely manner

• Must be passionate and able to multitask and approachable personality.

• Able to communicate in English
