Key Responsibilities:
Develop New Business Opportunities - Proactively identify and approach new clients to expand our market reach and strengthen brand presence.
Maintain Strong Client Relationships - Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing excellent service and support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage Project Specifications - Track project progress, follow up on specifications, and convert them into successful sales outcomes.
Monitor Collections & Debtor Aging - Ensure timely payment collection, resolve outstanding issues, and support smooth sales operations.
Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in paints, coatings, or construction materials.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Possess own transport and willing to travel within Johor.
Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about achieving sales targets.
