About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join our team at GOLDIREX SDN. BHD. in Puchong, Selangor. As a full-time Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and achieving the companys ambitious targets.

What youll be doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your designated territory

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals

  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each others efforts

  • Continuously seek out opportunities to improve sales processes and strategies

What were looking for

  • Possess a minimum diploma/degree or higher academic qualifications in relevant fields.

  • Demonstrate independence with compelling interpersonal skills and focus on achieving results.

  • Showcase robust negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in computer usage and numerical skills.

  • Demonstrate a target-oriented approach and the capability to thrive under pressure to achieve goals.

  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with the potential to converse in Mandarin considered advantageous. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."

  • Display an assertive and quick-learning demeanor.

  • Exhibit a positive attitude and a sense of responsibility.

  • Possess own transportation.

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years experience.
