About the role
We are seeking a driven and organised Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Super Gold Industrial Sdn Bhd' in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a full-time Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth execution of customer orders.
What you'll be doing
Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate information about our products and services
Process and coordinate customer orders, including order entry, inventory management and delivery scheduling
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and transactions
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, managing calendars and following up on outstanding tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues
Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
Continuously look for ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing sector
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with Autocount systems
A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
