Receptionist and Customer ServiceSalary Range: RM2,500 - RM2,700
Are you a people-person with a knack for organization and customer care? We're looking for a Receptionist and Customer Service to be the welcoming face of our company and ensure our daily operations run seamlessly.
What You'll Do
Welcome and assist visitors and customers with professionalism and warmth
Manage phone calls, product enquiries, service requests, and positive or negative feedbacks — ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up
Liaise with the service centre team to coordinate and track customer requests for quick resolution
Oversee daily showroom and service centre operations, creating a smooth and professional experience for customers
Handle essential administrative tasks such as documentation and filing
Provide ad-hoc support to the team—your flexibility will be highly valued
What We're Looking For
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you enjoy engaging with people
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
Prior experience in receptionist, customer service, or administrative roles is an added advantage
Comfortable with basic office tools (MS Office, emails, etc.)
Able to work from 10am to 7pm (Monday to Friday) and 10am to 2pm (alternate Saturday)
