Familiarity with tendering processes, Bill Of Quantities preparation, contract documentation and project claim. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and measurement software or AutoCAD 5. Strong organizational skills, able to manage documentation and reporting efficiently 11. Adaptable to both office and site environments 12. Able to meet very tight deadlines and to work in a team.
