RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1.1 Establishing and implementing the quality standards for products or services
1.2 Monitoring quality testing and identifying gaps in the testing
1.3 Staying current on laws and regulations to ensure compliance
1.4 Overseeing the quality assurance team
1.5 Training other employees on quality procedures
1.6 Handling quality reports and documentation
1.7 Collecting and analyzing quality assurance data
1.8 Working with suppliers to ensure the quality of supplies

SKILL REQUIREMENTS
2.1 Candidates with audit experience are encouraged to apply.
2.2 Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
2.3 Technical proficiency must be able to use computers and generate reports.
2.4 Ability to analyze data and create and review processes.
2.5 Willingness to assist other departments to develop solutions and metrics.
2.6 Eye for details.
2.7 Possess excellent writing and inter-personal skills together with computer literacy and
ability to communicate at all levels.
2.8 Self-motivated and fast learner.
2.9 Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin (written & oral) to communicate with staff and associates in China.
3.0 COMPETENCY LEVEL REQUIREMENTS:
3.1 A Bachelor's degree is preferable
3.2 Having relevant experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing is an added advantage
3.3 Quality assurance knowledge of tools and methodologies
3.4 Certification programs in Six Sigma, Quality Improvement associate, quality auditor, and quality engineer
