Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare production schedule according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
Ensure the production plan is aligned with material availability to maximize efficiency.
Conduct material requirements planning and raise requisition accordingly.
Monitor and follow up production against planned production schedules.
Communicate and coordinate regularly with Production, Warehouse, Sales & Marketing teams to ensure smooth production flow and achieve production output goals and requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering or its equivalent.
Minimum 3 years working experience in similar capacity, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Familiar with SAP system is an added advantage.
Good communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Proactive and detail-oriented, analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and figures effectively
Self-starter, fast learner, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
