Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the Singapore marketplace.
Manage Shopee, Lazada, Shopline, and Amazon accounts, ensuring they are up-to-date and user-friendly.
Overseeing product listings, descriptions and pricing on all online platforms, ensure accurate price and compelling content.
Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Plan and implement marketing campaigns (online & offline) to promote new products, seasonal events.
Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure adequate inventory level, stock replenish and timely order fulfilment.
Support Superior to develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales according to the project timeline.
Research and identify industry trends, opportunities, competitor treats, and customer preferences to always maintain a competitive edge.
Utilize analytics tools to track performance, user behaviour, and conversion rates for continuous improvements.
Handle and resolve customer inquiries, problems and complaints, ensure top notch customer service.
Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirement
Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, Shopline and Amazon day-to-day operations.
Knowledge in CRM eg EDM, Loyalty Program, Membership System.
Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
Minimum Diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing, or equivalent field.
Teamwork player and able to communication with all level.
Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
