About the role
Intrinseque Health are seeking a driven and ambitious Junior Legal & Compliance professional to join their dynamic team in Melaka Tengah. This is a full-time role where you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's legal and compliance operations. As a key member of the legal function, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and ensuring Intrinseque Health operates in full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
What you'll be doing
Drafting and reviewing a range of commercial contracts and legal documentation
Conducting legal research and providing practical, solution-focused advice to internal stakeholders
Supporting the implementation of policies and procedures to mitigate legal and compliance risks
Assisting with regulatory compliance matters, including liaising with external authorities
Staying up to date with changes in legislation and best practice within the industry
Contributing to special projects and initiatives as required
What we're looking for
A bachelor's degree in law or relevant legal qualification
1-3 years' experience in a corporate/commercial legal or compliance role, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector
Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Proactive, organized and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player with a solutions-oriented mindset
