Key Responsibilities
ERP Support (Epicor):
Provide Tier-1 support for Epicor ERP, including login issues, navigation guidance, and basic troubleshooting.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of ERP user accounts and permissions aligned with defined access roles.
Document ERP-related support issues and escalate unresolved or complex cases to the IT Manager or external support.
Support the creation, formatting, and uploading of data templates or import files.
Participate in testing and validation of new ERP features, updates, or patches under supervision.
Perform routine ERP system health checks and promptly report anomalies.
General IT Support:
Act as the first point of contact for end-user IT support related to hardware, software, and networking issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and user email accounts.
Handle account setup, password resets, and access management across IT systems.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets including devices, licenses, and peripherals.
Ensure all endpoints are updated with the latest antivirus definitions, patches, and Windows updates.
Support data backup procedures and ensure adherence to file storage and security best practices.
Provide basic IT onboarding and orientation for new hires as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information System or a related field.
Experience in ERP systems is a MUST, preferably Epicor or other ERP systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Well-organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple support requests simultaneously.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment.
