Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales & Production Support Intern (Sublimation) to join our team at Koperasi Warisan Dinamik Berhad. This internship provides hands-on experience in supporting both sales operations and production processes within our sublimation apparel business. You will assist in managing customer orders, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring smooth delivery of products, while also gaining exposure to sales and merchandising activities. Responsibilities
Support the sales team in handling customer inquiries and preparing quotations.
Coordinate with production teams to monitor progress and ensure quality output.
Assist in scheduling and tracking sublimation apparel orders.
Prepare basic sales and production reports for management.
Help maintain inventory records and order documentation.
Contribute ideas to improve workflow efficiency in both sales and production.
Perform administrative tasks related to sales and production support.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Manufacturing, or related fields.
Interest in apparel production, sales operations, or supply chain.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, work independently, and support a team.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
