Job Description:

• Welcome and check-in/check-out guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Effectively handle guest reservations, room assignments and billing.
• Provide information and recommendations about the hotel's facilities, services and the local area.
• Assist with luggage handling and concierge services as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to guest interactions.
• Contribute to a positive and professional team environment.

Job Requirement:

• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Prior experience in customer service role is a plus.
• Willing to work shift.
• Able to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
