Executive Officer, DPP - Digital Acquisition - Affluent Product MY

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Coordination

  • Support the development of digital sales initiatives in line with business and digital priorities.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Product, Consumer Marketing, Decision Management, etc.) to help turn business goals into actionable campaign plans.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital campaigns to drive online conversions and customer sign-ups.
  • Help prepare marketing briefs with guidance on campaign objectives, target audiences, channels, and performance tracking.
  • Support campaign execution including memo preparation, creative coordination, follow-ups for stakeholder approvals, and tracking setup across digital platforms (e.g., Group Website, Clicks Web, Octo App, eDM, SMS, WhatsApp).
  • Follow up on approvals from Product, Marketing, DCOROs, and other stakeholders to ensure timely campaign rollout.
  • Assist with campaign-related administrative tasks, including LRF submissions, fulfilment requests, and tracking of prize distribution in line with campaign terms.

2. Digital Funnel Monitoring & Reporting

  • Assist in updating dashboards platform and reports to track campaign and sales funnel performance.
  • Work with the team to identify areas for improvement in the digital sales journey based on data and feedback.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to help improve targeting and conversion strategies.
  • Help implement follow-up communications and triggers to improve lead conversion and manage drop-offs.
  • Support the reconciliation of spending budgets with Finance records to ensure accuracy.

3. Digital Sales Support & Cross-Channel Coordination

  • Perform checks on digital channels to ensure campaigns are running smoothly and tracking is functioning properly.
  • Help coordinate eDM/SMS/WhatsApp test blasts, including scheduling, audience targeting, and test runs.
  • Support simple personalized targeting use cases using the AT-DMP platform.
  • Assist in preparing decks or summaries for internal sharing, including competitor reviews or product journey comparisons.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Up to 1-2 years of working experience in digital marketing, sales support, or campaign coordination.
  • Basic understanding of digital sales funnels and customer journeys.
  • Familiar with digital tools and platforms (e.g., dashboards, tracking links, campaign platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Lotame System).
  • Strong coordination, communication, and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
