About the role

At Canon Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, we are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Executive, Logistics to join our dynamic team in Kuching, Sarawak. As a full-time member of our Warehousing, Storage & Distribution department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics processes.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and coordinating the day-to-day logistics activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution

• Liaising with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely delivery of products and services

• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of our logistics operations

• Maintaining accurate records and generating relevant reports to support data-driven decision making

• Assisting with the planning and coordination of special projects and events related to logistics and distribution

• Providing support and guidance to the logistics team to foster a collaborative and productive work environment

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or distribution industry

• Proficient in using logistics management software and MS Office applications

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail

• Ability to work independently, led by example, and perform well under pressure

• Knowledge of industry-related safety and regulatory standards
