Oversee the accurate and timely recognition of rental income, service charges, utilities, promotional income, and other revenue sources. Ensure all revenue streams are properly billed, tracked, and collected. Support forecasting and budgeting of mall revenue based on tenancy schedules and historical trends. Monitor trends in income performance and highlight any revenue leakage or underperformance. 2. Billing & Invoicing Prepare and issue rental and other billing invoices in accordance with tenancy agreements. Coordinate with leasing and tenancy teams to ensure billing reflects current lease terms, occupancy, and turnover-based rentals (if applicable). Ensure the timely billing of ad hoc charges such as utilities, marketing fees, or reinstatement costs. 3. Reporting & Analysis Prepare monthly revenue reports, accounts receivable aging, collection performance, and variance analysis. Assist in financial closing activities related to revenue and AR. Support revenue projections and input into the malls cash flow planning. 4. Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements. Maintain proper records and audit trails for all billing, collection, and tenant correspondence. Job Requirement : Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English Fresh graduate or those with 1 year working experience in related field are encourage to apply Willing to be based at
