Job Purpose To develop, improve, implement and manage the operation and management of the company's electrical equipment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the operation and management of the company's electrical equipment in the production system, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective performance. Lead the upgrade and modification of electrical equipment by developing transformation plans and providing the necessary technical support. Provide immediate technical support for unexpected electrical failures during production, working closely with maintenance personnel to resolve issues. Drive technical innovation by identifying, promoting, and implementing electrical improvements and small-scale modifications. Contribute to the electrical engineering aspects of new company projects. Participate in the development of major, medium, and monthly maintenance plans (including annual shutdowns), and oversee material planning, maintenance execution, and quality inspections. Track and analyze the usage of electrical materials and spare parts; investigate abnormal consumption and develop targeted improvement measures. Assist in equipment acceptance activities for both upgrades and new project installations. Attend equipment incident review meetings, propose preventive technical measures, and compile incident analysis reports. Support training initiatives related to equipment operation and technical skills for relevant personnel. Monitor and prevent unsafe or illegal operations related to electrical equipment. Commit to continuous learning and development to enhance professional and technical skills. Candidate Requirements Technical Skills Electrical and Electronic Engineering skill Soft Skills Experience in Project management. Good analytical skills with attention to detail. Years of Experience Candidates with 3 or more years experience in Project management are preferred. Fresh-graduates are encourage to apply. Industry Background Manufacturing Education Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from a recognized tertiary education institution.
