工作地点：Medan Connaught，Cheras (Taman Connaught MRT对面）
薪资与待遇： RM2,400-RM3,500，adjustable based on experience and skills ，每年有晋升调薪机会
工作时间：一周五天半，10am-6pm 不打卡星期六可以WFH
Job Responsibility
负责Facebook平台的广告投放
分析广告效果数据，及时对广告进行优化
与设计团队沟通广告创意方向，提升广告内容效果
Social Media Management，排放social media内容
content create，包括想文案，图文内容，视频内容吸引顾客
想销售策略，创意content，还有promotion内容等等
Analytics and Reporting，分析广告成效，开关广告

Salary & Benefits
RM2,400-RM3,100 + Commission (can exceed RM2,000, % based on monthly sales). Adjustable based on experience and skills. Annual opportunities for promotion and salary increments.
Working Hours
5.5 days per week
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
No clock-in system.
Job Responsibility
Facebook Advertising
Manage ad campaigns on Facebook.
Analyze performance data and optimize ads as needed.
Collaborate with the design team to enhance ad content.
Social Media Management
Schedule and manage social media content.
Content Creation
Develop engaging copywriting, graphics, and video content to attract customers.
Sales and Promotion Strategies
Plan sales strategies, creative content, and promotional campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting
Analyze ad performance and adjust campaigns accordingly.

Interested in innovation and content creation.
Skilled in research.
Proficient in Mandarin, with basic English communication skills.
