Customer Service Officer (Melaka & Kuala Lumpur)- English & Mandarin Required
This job involves being a friendly point of contact for travelers at EU Vacations in Melaka & Kuala Lumpur. You will help plan trips and potentially lead tours as a tour guide. At EU Vacations, we craft exceptional travel experiences through excellent service. We are seeking a Customer Service Officer who is passionate about helping people and interested in traveling and leading overseas tours. Responsibilities include: Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person Assisting with bookings, payments, and travel documentation Providing accurate information on tour packages and services Supporting customers before and during their trips Leading overseas tours as a tour manager when required Coordinating with sales and operations teams Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and service-oriented mindset Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus Willingness to travel and lead group tours Customer service or travel experience is advantageous Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Skills:
