- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.

- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Identify and escalate recurring customer issues to management, contributing to process improvements and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.
