We have open a restaurant name Flames restaurant in Johor Bahru, looking for someone who loves good food and know how to promoting food and beverage. Work closely with talented chef team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging content that showcases our food and beverage offerings across various social media platforms.

This role is all about creativity and understanding the audience to drive engagement and sales

Job Description

• Research and plan out effective and engaging content ideas.
• Write, edit and publish engaging posts for our website and Social media: FB/IG/Tik Tok/ Xiao Hong Shu.
• Track, monitor and report on social media engagement and find ways to increase them.
• Coordinate with creative team to create advertising posts (e.g. for new promo's and sharing happy times at our restaurants)
• Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements

• A creative individual that able to create and develop engaging content to attract and retain customers.
• Can create/edit photo's & videos to be used for our online channels.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Capture high-quality photographs of food and beverages for various platforms including social media, websites, and print.
• Up-to-date with new social marketing media trend and technologies
• Can create (high level) plans and report on the progress of them.
• A least 2 years experience working as Content Creator or Social Media Marketing
• Good speaking & writing skills, both in Malay and English. ( Mandarin as an additional language. )
• Flexible in time, our business is mostly busy during the evening and weekend.
• Sensitive for trends and events related to our business and customers.
• Team Player and individual motivated to getting things done
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Flexible in time, our business is mostly busy during the evening and weekend.

• Able to work on weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
