Conference Producer

We are looking for a Conference/Training Producer to build world-class programs and wholesome content for our corporate events. The responsibilities include: Conducting commercial & business/market research and speaking to relevant key industry leaders to identify the latest & upcoming trends and topics. Analyzing the relevance & feasibility of developing & structuring potential topics and subject matters, and building the programme for a commercially viable masterclass.

Recognizing the industrys key players and creating connections & liaison with them for speaking engagements, representing their expertise in our events. Working closely with sales & marketing by sharing ideas and a comprehensive overview for all events, highlighting key aspects that will entice and engage the target audience, as well as for prospective delegates and potential sponsors, when required. Qualification & Requirements: Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Ideally, 3-4 years experience in the Conferences & Events industry or relevant industries (Communications or Business background is a plus). A genuine, positive attitude with good communication skills. Inquisitive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for research and learning to create insightful and impactful events.

Confidence & good interpersonal skills; able to communicate well with key industry leaders and subject matter experts. Fluent in English, with good & creative writing skills in English (composing business and commercially-related content in B2B conferences & events is a plus). What
