- Berumur 21 Tahun dan keatas
- Memiliki lesen memandu E DAN H (boleh bawa crane & skylift diutamakan)
- Mahir dengan laluan di sekitar Kelantan
- Menepati masa dan berdisiplin
- Mampu bekerja lebih masa jika diperlukan
- Mempunyai keperibadian yang menyenangkan dan kemahiran interpersonal yang baik
- Berpenampilan kemas
